Russian Rye Breakfast MYFITNESSPAL.com
This is more of an ingredient list than a recipe…so here goes:
1 serving at 400 calories per serving.
1 fried egg
1 sliced roma tomato
1/2 an avocado (smashed)
2 slices of dark Russian Rye bread
a few slivers of sweet white onion
chopped fresh parsley
a drizzle of balsamic glaze (trader Joes)
Assemble as in the featured picture. If your calories and nutrients allow, feel free to add a second egg. This is one of my FAVOURITE breakfasts!
