Almond Joy Oatmeal
I always have mixed feelings when I start to feel a chill in the late summer air. I'm never ready to say goodbye to summer but I always look forward to fall because it means cozy sweaters, snuggling up in front of the fireplace and using the weather as the perfect excuse to stay indoors and just be...
I'd love to take the credit for this delicious and healthy oatmeal but my lovely daughter Emily created it which truthfully makes me love it even more. There is nothing better than waking up to a special treat created by my sweet girl who seems to love creating recipes almost as much as I do! Hope you try this, it's the perfect way to start out your day.
This recipe is measured out as a single serving but feel free to double or even quadruple it.
