Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal
1 1/2c oatmeal (old fashioned)
1c pumpkin puree (canned is great)
1tbsp chia seeds
2tbsp flax seeds
1/4c maple syrup (optional)
pinch of salt
pinch of nutmeg
Toasted salted pumpkin seeds to garnish.
Pop all of the ingredients except the pumpkin seeds into a medium sized pot and give it a good stir. Cook on medium low heat for five minutes or so...stirring often.
Serve garnished with pumpkin seeds. Enjoy!
