Easy Peasy Caesar Salad Dressing
I use this dressing for so many things! The obvious use of course is as a salad dressing, but I also use it to marinate chicken and I even toss it on day old bread cubes to turn them into the best Caesar croutons you've ever eaten. It takes only a minute or two in your food processor or blender and it keeps well in the fridge. Give it a try, you'll never buy Caesar dressing again.
1tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1tbsp Dijon mustard
2-3 garlic cloves
3 anchovies (even if you think you don't like them lol!)
1/4c shredded parmasean cheese
2 lemons (juice)
Simply toss everything in your blender or food processor and give it a whiz until it's smooth. That's it...you're done!
